What a great day for a trail run! I followed Allison Powell's route - definitely start at the Western entrance of the Temescal Canyon Trail; it's more scenic and allows you to avoid the crowds/traffic on Temescal Canyon Road. Full directions are simple, and the trails are well marked and easy to follow.
