An FKT on my doorstep, it'd be rude not to! I'd been contemplating adding this FKT for the last year or so, but wasn't sure on the course, so thank you for saving me the trouble.
The course is a great, well maintained trail and in today's sunshine perfectly suitable for a fast effort, if a little too hot for running without water. Had to take a litre with me, which I could probably make do without on a cool day.
I'd be interested in seeing if Whitstable - Canterbury would be any faster.
