The loop is well sign-posted and leads through fantastic and varied terrain. Prepare for wet feet, steep slides, loose rocks and fast descents. This one has it all!
Very limited, but free, parking at the Stoumont church near the start. I ran on a Tuesday and all the local shops were closed (might be because of corona). Just beware of this when thinking about local replenishment/ refreshments.
You pass multiple creeks and clean looking water flows on the course, but food should be brought from home.
