Starting from the lower parking lot at the beginning of the white trail off of Rt. 9w in Esopous, NY, I climbed up Shaupeneak Ridge and ran every trail including the short spur to the waterfall on the way up. The route is a shade under 11 miles with 2,000+ ft of climbing. I tried to do the circumference of the park then complete the inner trails. I also tried not to double up any trails if possible.
