A beautiful run that's almost all off road. Some big climbs that my little city boy legs were not ready for. Great scenery with plenty of animals along the way. Hitting the coast at Seven Sisters we were just lucky enough to see the sea before it was too dark. A really great run, well marked but a bit technical.
