Michael Logue started his supported attempt at the 7 Emirates Crossing FKT at 04:00:00 on Saturday 21st February 2026 and finished at 12:11:14 on Thursday 26th February 2026. He started his attempt at the Dibba Al Hisn coastline in Fujairah and ran west, finishing at the Al Ghuwaifat border with Saudi Arabia.
Support was provided by a 7-person crew utilising 2 vehicles. Vehicle 1 provided food/water and is where Michael napped during the challenge, This was manned by Marie-Sophie Bandeira Vieira (Michael's girlfriend), Lizzie Thomson (physio), and Tunmin (support crew). Vehicle 2 was a media vehicle, manned by David Var (director), Quincy Joram (videographer), and Pritheesh Nama (photographer).
Michael had support runners throughout most of his FKT attempt, who carried water and food for him. The main support runner was Chris Taylor, who either ran or cycled with him throughout the entire challenge. Michael was also joined by friends, and a few welcome strangers each day.
Michael's final time was 5 days 8 hours 11 minutes 14 seconds.
