Perfect fall day in the gorge. Ran the loop by ascending the PCT and descending Herman creek. On the way up wasn't sure I was going to attempt the FKT and therefore stopped for a lot of pictures along the way. When I got close to Wahtum lake realized I was making decent time and then decided to push the pace. There are a lot of downed trees requiring many diversions off trail which makes things interesting. Overall this is an epic scenic loop and will definitely run it again.
