Welsh Three Peaks supported effort, FKT. A friend was doing the driving between mountains.
1 Snowdon (up Pyg track, down Llanberis path)
2 Cadair Idris (up and down Pony path)
3 Pen Y Fan (up and down Beacons Way path - from Pont Ar Daf car park)
Snowdon and Cadair Idris were wet, windy and cloudy. Pen Y Fan was clear and warm.
Fuelled with food and water taken with me in van during drives. Mix of sweets, chocolate, cakes, pizza pot noodles, SiS energy gels, electrolyte tablets, iso tonic drinks).
