Drove in and paid for a tent-only campsite the night before (site 081). Slept in the back seat of my truck. Left from a point just a tenth of a mile from my campsite where the trail first meets Burr Oak Road (TR 107) at about 4:26 a.m. after five hours of sleep. Used a Salomon Advanced Skin 5 vest to carry 500ml each of water and Gatorade, small bag of Lays potato chips and two packs of fruit gummies. I used a 800 lumen bicycle light for the first two hours. Trail conditions were wet/slippery/muddy from the rain the day before. It was misting slightly when I left. My shoes were soaked after four miles and by the end of the run all my clothes as well. Managed my fluid consumption so that I ran out of water and Gatorade at about the  four hour mark. Finished at 8:48 a.m. Hopped in my truck at the end, drove an hour to meet up with my family in Cambridge and ate way too much breakfast at Bob Evans.
