Time could be improved and go sub 3h, I got lost (took slightly longer way) on the downhill. Uphill went well about 2h00m. I took one gel, half traditional baguette ? with ? I placed on my belt, in place for sticks :-) Water on the go from streams, just 0.25l bottle.
