South to North. Started early to miss mountain bikers and the heat. New section of the trail is smooth before Hamburg Road. Passed a good number of hikers and runners in the Catoctin area. Started filtering water at the stream by the Manor and twice more from streams on the course before finishing. Carried all supplies, ran alone. No problems overall, minus 3 times on the ground.
