We did this route last year hiking and this year I wanted to do it running. Nice and calm tempo
The first part it's pretty much over the dikes with some nice stops in between
The second part of the route is hard. Running 20K over the beach, trying to run as close to the sea for runnable sand.
And keep you eyes closed for the last 2k of the beach it's a nudist beach .
