Started at Sunken Meadow Field 3 trail head and finished at Heckscher State Park Field 7 trail head. I followed the white trail blazes. It was a grind, started in torrential rain, the course was very muddy and slick (almost fell at least 10x), then when the rain stopped the humidity started to kick my butt BUT it was totally worth it and freaking awesome! 10 out of 10 would recommend. You have to do your homework though it is very easy to lose the trail numerous times.
