Oil Nut Bay scenic loop is a beautiful spot on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Oil Nut Bay is surrounded by protected waters and abundant marine life, with 400 acres of private land. This FKT starts and finishes at the “Marina Point, Nova”rock/Tree where the shopping center ends and the road begins. You will pass through the “Nova” restaurant to get to the starting you come from the docks. The route is a short loop around the magnificent property. You start at the “MarinaPointrock/tree and head almost directly in a short climb. After the climb, the course stays on the road till you get to the intersection of “Ridge Road” & “ONB”. Go left onto “Ridge Road”. It is about to get steep quick. But it is so worth the climb as the landscape drops away and the sky gets closer. As you climb, take a look around you earned it. You are about to be treated so insane views. Lots of blue green mirror water and cliffs. It is not long before you hit the top and at the round about stay mountain side. This should bring you down “ONB” road and then beat left at bottom and head back to the start at “Marina Point”. There is a tricky road leading up, it goes to some house. Don’t take that. You can follow my GPS track as that could be confusing. Good luck. This one is short but tough. I finished sub 20 mins and probably could have been a bit faster. Good luck and as with most of these starting early is key. Hope you can get the mark.
