Beautiful day racing the Merrell FKT Challenge out in Steamboat, Colorado.
Wore my trusty Merrell Test Labs Skyfire 2’s for this ascent. Leaves were blowin up! Took Thunderhead trail to the summit and stayed on trail the entire time. Came out with a 34 min and 19 sec elapsed time. Took a gel on my warmup and carried a small amount of water for the climb. Ran the course solo.
