Start at Lafayette Campground Visitor Center end at Crawford Notch Depot Building. Summit Lafayette, Take A-T and summit Garfield, South Twin, Guyot, Zealand, then go over Mt Tom Spur on A-Z trail. Cloudy, windy day on the higher summits. Some slick rocks but conditions were otherwise good. Refilled water at Galehead Hut, didn't need at Zealand Falls. Struggled getting over Mt Tom Spur at the end. This route would be far easier going from Crawford Notch to Franconia Notch, almost to the point that route should be a different designation.
