Ran 11.2 miles on the Conotton Creek Trail from Jewet to Bowerston. My son dropped me and my daughter off at the start, drove to the end point and rode his bike backwards to meet us. My daughter rode her bike with me the whole time and carried my extra hand held water bottle. Both of them carried plain water bottles to squirt on my head to cool down on the blistering hot day.
