Beautiful crisp day for a run. Ran it unsupported with my camel back starting at Bowerston trailhead. 11.2 miles out the last covered bridge and then turnaround to come back.
I never ran this course in the spring. The leafless trees provided great views of the countryside. I have also never noticed the beaver dens along the way. I saw three.
Adolescence cows and their antics kept me entertained on a couple of neighboring farms.
In a couple of spots, the spring peepers were sounding off louder than the music in my headphones.
