Very easy zone 2 work for first 16 miles. Knew we were within the FKT pace so we picked up the pace for the last few miles. Definitely beatable when going going for a harder effort.
Wore a vest with 2x500mL flasks with water and LMNT and a couple Spring Energy Gels. Nice overcast/rainy morning.
