Having just moved nearby, this was an opportune way for Ryan to explore the local area.
A very flat & firm underfoot, run. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, rapeseed fields & rivers.
Carried liquids & food, stopped atop Canewdon hill overlooking the river Crouch, to refuel on the 20km mark.
Both hit the wall around the 30km mark; struggled through to complete in Rochford Sq.
