Started at the Sulfur mountain trailhead around after 6am. Traversed sulfur mountain and met my partner near Sisar road before the ascent up Sisar to refill with 3.5L of water and nutrition. Made the Sisar climb up to the fire road stopping once at the White Ledge campground to refill 0.5L flask from the stream before continuing up the climb. Ran across the ridge from Topa Bluffs to Pratt trail in the heat of the day and descended down Pratt to meet up again with my partner around mile 42 to refill water again (I ended up running out around mile 39) before headed down the bike path back to Sulfur mountain. Overall a great clear day with not too terrible of heat out in the mountains.
