FKT: Nik Darlington - Four Stations Way (United Kingdom) - 2021-03-07

Bloody cold out there (barely above zero) and always running north into the icy breeze but it wasn’t too strong today thankfully. Conditions veered from decent to awful, with deep mud and sticky clay. It’s also a surprisingly tricky course to navigate at times on the first time of running and very tough settling into any sort of rhythm.

All in all though an enjoyable, hugely varied and occasionally challenging short route.
