Startet out at the Amager Fælled start site just before noon when the rain stopped. Passed by BMW world cup via the route which passed by Copenhagen BMX track.
Conditions was muddy, headwind some places, wet sand close to Dragør.
Nutrition in my running vest. Brougt 2x 250ml soft bottles with 50 gram carbs each + one 25 gram gel.
Ended up being quite hot close to finish.
I ran alone all the way. Meet a few hikers during the same course.
