Nice and warm day.
Started from Hundested. Ran alone all the way.
Packed my vest with 400grams of candy 3 0.5l soft bottles two with fluid carbs one with water.
Refilled 3 times along the route with water, golf track and two times each direction at the split point going in and out of Auderød loop.
Some nice sections along the route, but also some boring ones along roads.
Shoes: Salomon Slab Pulsar 4. Seemed like a good choice for road, gravel and trails mix.
A great and overall fun running challenge just to complete this course.
