Apart from the heat on the second day I had almost perfect conditions. The only snow was at the "Schwarzmilzferner". There was plenty of water in the streams.
I ran alone the whole time and carried all equipment myself. At four places along the route I got new supplies: end of the "Rappenalptal", "Kemptner Hütte", Hinterstein and a drop bag at the "Kirchdachsattel". Between these I only took water from streams.
I did not sleep during this run. At night I often slowed down when encountering domesticated and wild animals.
