The day didn’t quite go as planned. A calf injury flared up, and two bridges were being replaced, so I had to cross the river at two spots. Thankfully, the water level was low.
The scramble at the top was pretty fun, but the sketchiest part was crossing the steep snow patches. Definitely didn’t want to slip and end up in the glacier pit below. It started raining at the peak, making the scramble back down pretty slippery.
Overall, I’m happy with another successful climb despite a few unexpected challenges along the way.
