FKT: Noah Williams - Mt Belford & Mt Oxford (CO) - 2024-07-18

I finally had a good effort on this climb! Spent a bunch of time waffling about weather, but saw a gap in the radar and decided to go for it starting around 2:50pm. Heard a few rumbles on the way up, but otherwise I seemed to have dodged the afternoon storms. Knew I was on a good one at the split and had to dig deep above 14k once I realized how close I was to Seth’s time from last year (Strava crown). I had planned on hitting Oxford, but I was too gassed from the climb to even consider it once I was up there. Jogged down, very happily.
