FKT: Nolan Clancy - Chesapeake and Delaware Canal (Delaware) - 2020-01-10

Beautiful day on the canal. First time running end-to-end, had a car pick me up in Delaware City. The wind tends to stay at your back (in the winter anyways), making this route fun and fairly fast. Got hot pretty quickly so I dropped a long sleeve shirt near Grain, a restaurant about 6 miles in. Took down one gel around mile 8 and carried a handheld for water. There are plenty of fast runners in the area that could definitely take this time down, so hopefully the end-to-end route gets more popular. There are a few paths at times, but only one is paved all the way so stick to that one.
