Ran on a crispy fall morning, 31 degrees at the start. Started and ended the run at the pit toilet. Overall, a beautiful day to be in the mountains. One water bottle and some bear spray, no one else on the trail except a forest service crew doing trail work at the Grotto Falls junction.
