Went for the One-Way and the Out-And-Back in the same run.

Went hard on the way out… went medium on the way back. I absolutely love this FKT. Mile for mile, pound for pound, this is the hardest route I have been on. So many rocks! So many climbs! It’s awesome.

I improved my one-way by about 12 minutes. I improved my out-and-back by about 20 minutes.
