Started the run at cronins yard killarney at 00:00 Saturday morning.

Crew were Tristan Murphy driving, Gary Curley navigating and seamus dempsey looking after food and water

Conditions were cold but visibility was good and a headtorch was needed for navigating. Bernard fortune followed behind me from a safety point when I was running alone.

Finish time of 1 hour 53 mins 06 seconds

Next mountain was onto mweelrea in mayo, starting at silver strand car park, again a headtorch was needed for the climb on the way up as morning fog hindered my ascent. I went slightly off route as a result of the fog

The fog lifted for my descent so it was clear running back to the car park

Finish time of 1 hour 29 min 33 seconds

Next up was sliabh donard in Co down,  starting at donard car park

Conditions were clear and sunny so navigating wasn't an issue as it is a clear distinguished path to the top once out of the wooded area.

Finish time 1 hour 24 mins 55 seconds

Last up was Lugnaquilla Co Wicklow starting at fentons, Glenn of immal

Again the Conditions were very clear so the path was visible and easy to navigate to the peak.

Knowing I had ran personal best times on the previous 3 mountains I pushed hard on this last mountain to achieve another pb. This was made all the better by a group of friends who were at the finish line when I finished.

Finish time 1 hour 22 mins 36 seconds.

Food throughout the trip was prepared by seamus and mostly consisted of rashers, bagels and soup was consumed on the road between each mountain. Water and electrolytes were taken on both on the climbs and in between mountains.

The overall challenge time from start to finish was

17 hours 23 minutes 36 seconds
