I decided to follow one of the routes from the ExtraTrail network and chose the black trail of Stoumont. The weather was perfect for running, not too hot and the ground was dry.
I wanted to finish the tour around 3 hours. It went rather well, with close to 1h for every 10k. The second 10k having a few steep climbs and downhills that were quite exhausting and not helping for the recovery.
I crossed a few hikers on the way but nobody trail running. The whole tour being relatively short (30k), I only needed the food and drink that I carried from the beginning and didn't have to resupply.
