The Lårdalstiegen is a popular hike along the Telemark Canal in Norway. Normally hiked in 6-8 hours from Dålen to Lårdal. Here you can take a boat back to Dålen once a day. I ran the trail together with my brother in law Joost. We tried to run but still enjoy the views and talked to some people on the trail. We didn’t expect that we finished the trail so fast. Since it wasn’t registered on FKT yet I thought it would be nice to challenge others to run the trail faster! Definitely possible without enjoying the views. A bit less fun though ;-). We were selfsupporting during the trail. There was no rain for a long period so there was no possibility of filtering drinking water from the rivers. There’s also no possibility of resupplying on the trail. We loved it!
