I m a trail runner
Today i ve donne the route from Baños EC to the Summit of the Tungurahua Volcan and the way back to Baños. It was 25 k with 3054 m of elevation gain.
Everything went well and with the help of everyone that supported me i ve donne it in a excelent time of 4 hours 55 min and 36 seconds.
I had all the way up and dow someone running with me, and i did resupplyed with water at the register house, the refuge on the way up and dow.
