I carried 2 liters of water in 4 little bottles and 2 liters of iso in my bladder. Plus 1 liter of maurten in my soft flasks. Additional, I carried a can of coke and a can of redbull. All that fitted in my vest. Except 2 bottles which I carried in my hands.
