Started in main car park ran route anti clockwise a few gates to open on the first K then onto a short section of road then onto a track then woods for 2k picked up Peddars way for 2k then back onto Pingo Trail through heavy bracken nettles then onto rough trail with 3 lots of felled trees a few walkers about ended up back in the car park.Carried my own small bottle of water to keep me hydrated.
