The first ski record on Mont Blanc. Stephane and Pierre carried all their own kit, but had some support on mountain (nutrition, water, skin track broken, some help seen in video footage of them transitioning (helping them put on crampons, pack, etc)). Their time was the fastest ski record to date, but failed to break the existing running record at the time (Pierre-André Gobet 1990 5:10)
