Moved to LA a few weeks ago, decided to tick off some local FKTs!
This route is a little hard to follow in some spots - I used AllTrails to map out the course and make sure, at some intersections in Kenneth Hahn, I was on the right trails. (I wasn't a lot of the time, but realized it quickly.) The bike path, once you get on it, is a cruiser, so you can theoretically make up some time you wasted getting lost in the park on the zero-turn straight out and back :)
Gorgeous weather, though I somehow managed to get a headwind ...both directions. Lovely day! This trail has a little bit of everything.
