Park at the Bear Lake TH and follow trail past Mills lake and continue to Black Lake. From Black Lake you will start to ascend up through the trees and a tiny little rock field. If you continue up you have a few options. Climb over slabs and up ledges or look for a choke stone you could ascend to traverse left. Once above slabs stay to the left (south) and head towards the south. You will wind around the mountain and look for leaning slabs. The leaning slabs are the point for the on ramp. Go through or around the leaning slabs. This is where you will come to the crux. A series of steps/ledges with exposure. Continue up or go around ( more exposure) and head towards the ramp entrance. From here you will follow back around the right and spiral up and around the back of Arrowhead. Continue up and stand on every block you can find up there! You are at the summit! Follow trail back the same way you came.
