Came up for some time in the notch and ran this awesome loop. Previous posts are correct in that this is a lesser-known route but compares to the big names of the area. It really should be on people's radar. The western side is quiet with the KRT being gnarly and technical. The descent follows and sometimes is in beautiful brooks down to the basin. The run into the flume slide was peaceful and the slide was steep and wet but manageable. The ridge was very windy which made steady movement the way through. The greenleaf trail down was wet and quiet. Conditions were wet but manageable and all the river crossings were good. Plenty of spots for filtering. Carried all my gear/nutrition. Definitely a high quality route that should get more attention.
