Started just after 6:00am running with a headtorch.

First 13 miles to Lliedi reservoir were 50/50 road and farmland trails.

Next 5 miles mainly all road through to Pontarddulais

Then 13 miles crossing over through the wind farm

From the Traveler's Well in Rhydyfro roughly 5 miles of footpaths or canal paths - the calm before the storm

22 miles of steep ascents & descents followed, from Ystalyfera to Afan. A mixer of mountain running and forestry access roads with the loose and technical terrain in places.

Last 10 miles were on forestry access roads over the Bryn mountain in to Margam - needed headtorch for the final hour

(In the last 6 miles the route are not accurate, I ended up on the wrong side a fence line more than once. I'll update this end section so anyone trying in the future will have a more enjoyable finish and send them over to "zacharax" during the week

I took my main break roughly 42/45 miles near Segadelli's shop in Crynant. Where I changed my socks, ate some food & charged my phone. I live near the area, so I left my van filled with supplies and fresh clothes on a road along the route (video on Strava post)
