The Donnell Range point-to-point.

I felt strong at the beginning. Going up Schoodic Mt. was mostly painless. I quickly made my way down and jogged along the beach. The next uphill had some steep parts but I remembered the trail being a bit smoother with less incline as I got to the ridge line and Black Mountain East . The downhill was long and I was able to eat and get back some energy. Up Caribou was where I needed to slow down. I was monitoring my heart rate with the watch. The views were breathtaking as I turned left at the sign for Dynamite Brook Rd. I grabbed Catherine Mt. and ran down to the road. The ridge on Tunk Mt. turned out to be a little confusing. There were a ton of trails up there. My legs took me down to the finish.

I felt good till the later half. There were (certainly) a lot of changes I would make: Hydration and food being the most pressing. I think these changes would accomplish two things: It would improve my outlook and it would improve my time. I thank this site for making things like this possible!
