Started at the Himmeroder Hof in Rheinbach, where the first 10k took me through some nice trails of a forest. After that, the course was mainly gravel roads or asphalt. The uphills were quite challenging due to rising temperatures and the onset of fatigue. Ended at the Rodderberg in Niederbachem.
Got off track 3-4 times, but only for a short period of time – sometimes it‘s not that easy to see the official signs of the trail.
Had 1l in two soft flasks with me, but refilled one at a graveyard on the route.
