Started from the bottom of Parrott after a short warmup on the road. Headed up the hill doing 5min intervals. After a short break after finishing the intervals found I was a long ways up in a good time so decided to continue to the top. After enjoying the view and some pictures headed down. Caught up with my partner at the top and ran down together.
