A huge thanks to my #supportcrew @whereiskurt and @theplantpoweredrunner_ who helped me take on the Dufferin Hi-Land section of the Bruce Trail
The trails were very challenging to navigate at times with all the wet leaf coverage, but the weather on the day-of cooperated for the most-part, and we managed to cover the 54.89km and 1378m of elevation gain in just 5h27m53s for a new #supportedfkt
The final 10k was a hell of a push effort for me, struggling to maintain my pace over that terrain, but I had my sights set on sub-5:30, and I wasn't going to give myself any excuses not to achieve it! And finishing off in the familiar area of Mono Cliffs was definitely a treat.
