Decided to try for the the Banff crown starting at 6:30 from North face on the 04th of August 2020.

Was lucky enough to have good conditions with trails fairly dry and clear skies all day (26c). Kept the route in the same order running North face/Cascade/Rundle/Sulphur/North face.

I had Support from a friend (Frank Lindsey) who made my day fairly smooth by making sure I stayed hydrated and fuelled when needed.

Total time ended up being 09hrs 31mins 48secs
