Conditions were cool but wet after a night of heavy rain which made the descent down Shadow a little tricky but manageable. Pretty hard effort heading up to the base of Shadow then just a solid head down affair to top out in 43:30 (also an FKT for the ascent). A 25:32 descent with nothing spectacular on the Shadow Canyon section but let it out on the Mesa trail with a 4:44 mile in there!
