Report
From South to North (Crosby to Southport) direction. Really lovely route. Brisk headwind along the Crosby section. Some really impressive (and difficult to run on) sand dunes in Formby and difficult navigation around there as so many paths. Gorgeous coastal views lots of the way. And enjoyed running through the RSPB reserve in Crossens. Finish was just in the middle of a road at Southport end. Took all snacks and water with me and ran alone. Very few opportunities to re-stock before Southport. Overall great route. Lots of it very runnable and really enjoyed it.
