Very nice day on the trail. Perfect conditions. Two of my friend crewed me. The plan was to get the one-way FKT while establishing a mark for the out-and-back.
Did a 2h32 first way (FKT) to get it followed by a 3h02 on the way back. Around 13min break at the middle to resupply. Total of 5h47 for a new mark.
Fast way for the one-way FKT, hard way for the out-and-back as you do the hardest climb on the way back.
Super stoked about the day.
Consumed around 2200 calories for the run.
