I started at 12pm on 1st August at amroth.
I had my dad and partner as support crew and some amazing friends pacing me. I also had two people taking photos and documenting the FKT.
I followed the acorn of the path and used the gpx on my watch.
I did make a nav error at tenby in the town as it was so busy.
I was able to use low tide route at sandy haven, although I did have to wade through!
I had a 10 minute nap at Dinas head.
Weather was stable. Bit warm on Saturday which meant the drizzle was welcomed sunday morning.
Most of the path had been cut but a tough section at stumble head.
The second night was tough but the day light and the thought of the finished meant I finished strong and was able to make back some of the time I lost in the 2nd night. I arrived at St dogmaels at 12:26pm on Sunday the 3rd of August. Surrounded my friends, dad, partner and dog
